Who are we?
Collegiate Crossover is dedicated to developing and preparing hockey players, their families, and teams for success at the college club hockey level. We go beyond skill development—our program teaches players what it takes to excel in college club hockey both on and off the ice. From refining game strategy and hockey IQ to navigating the demands of academics, travel, and team leadership, we prepare athletes for every aspect of the transition.
Through our summer sessions and showcases, we connect aspiring and current players with college programs, equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and visibility needed to thrive at the next level. We take a holistic approach to player development to help them make the most out of their college hockey experience. Our programs bridge the gap between talent and opportunity by providing top-tier training, exposure, and education on the college and the club hockey experience.
Our founding team has decades of experience in college club hockey, coaching, and higher education leadership and teaching. Our founders include Leonardo Silva, Head Coach of Montgomery College, Matthew Krivitskiy, former captain and team president of University of Maryland Club Ice Hockey, Rob Keegan, former Penn State Club player and Hockey Director at MYHA, and David J. Miller, long time business school professor, academic center director, and youth hockey coach.
Collegiate Crossover is proudly backed by the Atlantic Coast Collegiate Hockey League.
